Hey all. Here’s some SBI Constructive feedback of one of my leaders where I’ve been trying to help her evolve her brand in how she thinks about her practice....have a great weekend!

​Hey Liz.  Wanted to give you some constructive feedback from our Monday Pipeline meeting where you mentioned a project opportunity. I asked if you could say more about the project and the opportunity. You explained it by saying, well there are 4 roles. And then you started rattling off the roles. I sort of stopped listening because I was thinking, I need to keep helping Liz to articulate what the client is trying to accomplish and what the project is all about versus thinking and explaining the individual roles. I realize it's minor but to move your personal brand and the brand of your practice, really work to communicate client's business outcomes we're after. And then after that I think it's fine to say, and to deliver those business outcomes as part of the client project we'll need to fill these 4 roles.
