Friends,

It’s truly amazing how Stagen brought us together as a  fairly “random” mix of people with one thing in common- we had committed to engage on the topic of leadership. Yet, at this point, this group feels anything but random and we have pushed far beyond the bounds of Leadership, at least in the traditional sense of the word. We have created an intentional community- one based on trust, respect and above all else Love. It didn’t go unnoticed to me that yesterday Rand used that word - Love- several times and it struck me just how comfortable and fluid it flowed in his stream of consciousness. Our lives seem to move at a break neck speed these days and often it feels that the basic tenets of humanity and love have been lost behind our screens. I am thankful Stagen has the courage to reintroduce these basic ideologies to define what great leaders look like!

Before Stagen my journey often felt lonely as I knew my path and purpose didn’t align with those labeled as leaders around me. Now I am blessed with 19 examples which inspire me on a daily basis! I am blessed beyond measure by this amazing community of people and I send much love to you as we go back home and kickoff Q3!
