For most of this year I really have been ignoring my guiding principle of Wellness by not being inspired by health. There are certain values and principles that I have been able successful at leaning more into this year, for example Relationships and Family. However, I just cannot get inspired to get myself out there and get myself “fit”. I admire those who find fitness in their daily life and want to be there but have not been successful at pushing myself into an acceptable routine.

I recently joined a climbing gym and a few weeks into rock climbing I have found a form of fitness that keeps me focused and that I have seen steady improvements with each time I go into the gym. I don’t believe the issue is that I am NOT inspired by health and fitness but rather I have not found the right form of exercise that keeps me wanting to go back and yearning to improve. Hopefully I found it here and I can begin to close this gap that has left me unsatisfied.

Thanks,
