I have been logging committed actions with a marketing team that I am leading. I feel like I clearly get my expectations and direction across but too many times there is confusion.

Today, one person thought they were doing one thing and another person thought otherwise. Turns out they were both right but they each only picked up one piece of my direction.

My recaps and commitments need to be a lot more clear. Good lesson today.
