Hello Bob. We do $500 for 5 years, $1000 for ten years, $1500 for 15 years ......
The part I like is the prez presents these to the recipients during our company Christmas party; everyone’s there. Folks love the recognition. The most senior folks, 20 years plus, get to thank the owner on stage with a little mic time. Most people like that, some people just don’t know when to stop talking when I microphone in hand, you know?
I love it. I want my mic time for sure!!!
District Managers are open to try what works best for their group. Most do gift certificates and a huge thanks at the monthly meeting corresponding to the month they started working on that anniversary month. People like this also.
I find people just want to be acknowledged at the branch level. We have 14 branches.
