Barton Friends:

The e-journals on “Knower vs Learner” have been amazing!  They have allowed for me to reflect on how I can strive to be more of a learner vs. knower.  I spent some time earlier re-reading the “Knower vs Learner”, watching a few youtube videos on this topic and looking at several “Knower vs Learner” images.  These are two images that stuck out for me.  This is what is going on my VISION board this week and I thought I would share with all of you.

What I need to remind myself of is #2, below, is important --- REALISE that success is a journey and not a destination.  Always evolving and always learning.

What I find interesting is that #8, below, encourages people who are “Learners” to “DARE” and I guess my earlier email on my Values Journey is practicing being a “Learner”  ----- daring to share even if it was uncomfortable and difficult.  J One step closer.
